RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your new Filthy Gorgeous items! If not, feel free to return for an in-store credit or an exchange for a different item. Our goal is happy customers that are satisfied and confident in their purchases again & again.
Returns/Exchanges
- Items must be UN-WORN, UN-WASHED, with TAGS STILL ATTACHED to be returned for store credit/exchanged.
- Exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of purchase for a store credit.
- If you are local, you may exchange your online purchases in person with an order confirmation receipt within 15 days of purchase.
- Online purchases may be returned thru the mail using the carrier of YOUR choice.

Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
ALL CLEARANCE/SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
**Please include your original packing slip, so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip, no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or receive store credit.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges, and the original shipping cost is not refundable. We do not provide return labels.
SHIPPING
Online purchases are processed within 24-48 hours of the order being placed online and shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day.
